RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges must done within 30 days of purchase.

 

Refunds will be issued once the product has been returned.

 

Acceptable conditions for returns or exchanges include but are not limited to:

• Defective product

• Damadged product

• Wrong size shipped

• Wrong product shipped

Anything else will be considered on a case by case basis.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an exchange is due to error or defect on our part we will pay for the return shipping cost to the customer.

Exchange shipping costs do to size are the responsibilty of the customer unless a different size than what was ordered was shipped.
